When placing an order on our website, you will need to provide an email address and a mobile phone number. We guarantee the confidentiality of data and do not transfer information to third parties. After placing the order, we will contact you by e-mail and send the package as soon as possible. After sending the order (within two days), you will receive a tracking code by which you can track the transportation of products. There are times when the tracking code does not come to the mail, then you need to check the spam folder. If you have any questions, you can always write to us, and we will answer as quickly as possible.
If the parcel is not delivered, first of all check the payment method in the letter that we sent to your email. You may have forgotten to pay for your order, check your payment history. If the payment is made, but there is no parcel - contact us in any convenient way and provide a screenshot of the payment, we will solve the problem. If you could not find a copy of the receipt, write to us and indicate on which day the payment was made or the last 4 digits of the card from which the payment was made. If everything is in order with the payment, the parcel will be delivered to the address you specified.
When paying for an order and there is no information about the transfer in your personal account, you need to check the e-mail that you indicated when placing the order. A notification of the parcel should come to the post office. If you have not received a letter within two days, please contact us in any convenient way, we will resolve all issues.
We send all parcels to customers according to the following scheme: we weigh dried fly agaric on an electric scale (the error may deviate upwards, for example, when ordering 50 g, you can get 55 g). We pack mushrooms in a plastic food film, then an opaque bag and a hard box, so that in the end you receive the product without damage.
We respond within a day. In emergency situations, for example, in the absence of an Internet connection, a response may come within 1-2 days. If you ask a question during the weekend, that is, on Saturday or Sunday, we will answer you on Monday. Recall that we only answer questions on the merits, we ignore any philosophical reflections.
If you change your mind about receiving the order after it was sent and do not plan to pick up the package at the post, then after 30 days it will return to us when the storage period ends. But in this case we will have to pay for the return shipping. We will deduct the return shipping cost from your payment and refund the remaining amount to you. In other cases, mushrooms are non-refundable. But if something does not suit you, we are always ready to compromise. For example, if you doubt the quality of mushrooms, we can send photos and videos. We kindly request - weigh all the pros and cons when ordering fly agarics, we always meet our customers halfway and try to level conflict situations. If you have opened the package, it will not be possible to return it back.

myself. Some sand may remain on the caps of our fly agarics. It is very minimal, unfortunately, it is not yet possible to completely get rid of sand today ...
