CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR AMANITA MUSCARIA MUSHROOMS
The validity of the certificate is one year. A prerequisite for obtaining a certificate was to obtain a test report for our mushrooms for the presence of heavy metals and radionuclides in them. Below is the test report itself GN6.6.1.1.-130-2006 “Permissible levels of 137 Cs and 90 Sr radionuclides in drinking water and food products.
All created specifications are the intellectual property of FOP YASAVEEEV EDUARD FIRDAUSOVICH and cannot be reproduced either in full or in part. It is also forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute or use them without the official permission of the owner of the technical conditions, confirmed by legal force and with a seal (original).
These specifications are suitable for:
voluntary certification;
conformity assessment of products in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
technical regulations and any other legal acts or national standards.
1.6. All products must and can be released under the trademarks of the enterprise - the manufacturer or the enterprise that placed the order for the products.
1.7 Examples of designation of goods at the time of placing an order - “red fly agaric, dried whole hats”, “trademark” (if any) in accordance with TU U 10.3-21478029-001:2021
Depending on the method of slicing mushrooms, the following products are made:
dried fly agaric - whole hats;
dried fly agaric - ground powder;
dried fly agaric - in capsules.
3.21 The manufacturer reserves the right to add new types of products made from similar raw materials and assign them new names (clause 3.4 of these TS).

When marking, it is allowed to supplement the product name with additional own and/or trade names in accordance with the current Ukrainian legislation. Product labels on packaging may vary in style and placement. It is possible to have additions approved by the manufacturing company or stylization of the name with additions that were also approved by the manufacturer and do not contradict the current Ukrainian legislation and technical conditions.
